Alignment Vision System


Alignment Vision System is specialized for laminator facilities in small display module processes.

(References exist for all types of laminator products [rigid, flexible, watch], types [roll, vacuum chamber], adhesion methods (resin, OCA), and other features)

The system can be applied to all facilities other than laminators.

Key Functions and Features

Inspection System for Separator in Secondary Battery Folding Devices


This system inspects defects in appearances of separators in secondary battery folding devices

The system tests for appearance defects including tears, punctures, folding, y-crease, and smudges

Key Functions and Features

- Each product makes 16-20 high-speed rotations (3.5 revolutions per second) to conduct image grab and inspection. The system synchronizes with a motion encoder to minimize motion stop time every 180 degrees

- Because the product size is over 300mm, the brightness in the overall FOV must be highly uniform, with the uniformity degree falling under 5% at the center.

- The entire product is separated into 12 sections and parallel-tested to enable high-speed inspection.

- The hard driver is cascaded to store data safely for a long time.

Indentation Inspection System


This system measures the quantity, strength, area, length, and distribution of ACF conductive particles in each lead after the bonding processes such as COG and FOG.

The system features an optic system using DIC filter to optimize the conductive particle detection.

Auto-focusing configuration can respond to curvatures in the inspected objects (uses laser sensors)
